BULK PACKAGING SOLUTIONS

Prime Progression’s ISO bulk container liners form a protective shield between the bulk cargo and container walls, ensuring all benefits of advanced bulk packaging. Safety and freshness of produce, economy of operations, ease of loading, handling and discharge, instant reusability of the container and eco-friendliness are ingrained in their design and manufacture. All liners are manufactured from 120 micron to 250 micron food-grade polyethylene film or 110 gsm to 140 gsm woven polypropylene fabric, in clean, hygienic surroundings. Efficient processes, strict quality control, backward integration to raw materials and ongoing R&D processes ensure consistent quality standards. Our facilities are distinguished world-wide by their ISO: 22000 FSMS Certification by BSI. Our liners ensure safety across every stage of the food chain, from farm to fork. PE and PP polymer resins, grains, sugar, rice, wheat, cocoa, coffee, other foods stuff and chemicals are but a few materials safely transported with our liners.

Loading:

Gravity (overhead hoppers/ top fill hatches); through doors/ false bulkhead (using screw or belt conveyors, paddle or belt throwers or pneumatic systems).

Top or end fill/ discharge spouts aligned with container & aperture hatches in false bulkheads or openable ends for fork truck access. Fabric end facings combined with rigid bars act as a false bulkhead with zipped, wide-mouth filling opening.

Filling/ discharging spouts or configurations available to suit loading and unloading facilities.

Bulkhead

made of heavy duty woven polypropylene fabric with reinforcement bar loops to position metal bars at discharge end. Designed with one container door closed for easy load/ discharge. Bulkheads with conventional steel bars for positioning enables easy liner fitting, loading and discharge.

Wet hide liners

Very effective for hides and other obnoxious commodities. Low-cost liner without roof, helping reduce the delay in container reuse due to handling.

Thermal liners

Made of woven fabric with reflective laminate hung inside the container, to protect the cargo from temperature fluctuations. Allow for movement of forklift inside container for loading.

End-fill liners, supported with wooden/ steel & fabric bulkheads/ integrated fabric fronts supported by steel bars

Filling and discharging sleeves located off-center to keep one door closed for additional support

Full width triangular discharge to eliminate the need for corner boards
